Job Description

Organization : Relevant to Higher Education

Job Type: Volunteer Service

No of vacancies: One vacancy per post

Location: Work from home

Skills and abilities required:

  1. Good Writing skills in English
  2. Should have excellent knowledge and hands on experience with computers especially MS-Office
  3. Experience of handling online events or program activities or classes or meeting
  4. Should be proficient in letter writing and email drafting
  5. Should possess excellent IT and word processing skills

Minimum Qualification and personal profile:

BSc (IT) or from relevant field area/ BE or BTech (CS/IT) / DOEACC B Level / AMIETE (CS/IT) / ALCCS from IETE with 3 years of relevant experience with reputed organization.

OR

Retd official from some  reputed organization  with relevant experience.

Post 1 :Technical assistant

Responsibilities :

Assists with online events or program activities organizing  as per schedule

Any other relevant work, if required

Post 2 : Administrative assistant

Responsibilities :

Database handling and maintaining

Email interaction

Follow ups, if necessary or whenever required
